Returns & Refunds

  • We honour a 30-day return and exchange window, starting from the day you receive your product. If you prefer an item swap, we'll facilitate an exchange for an item of equivalent or greater value at your cost. Should you opt for a return or refund, you will incur the additional R150 return fee.
  • Items like Rackets, Balls, and Grips are non-returnable. Similarly, Gift Cards are non-refundable and can't be exchanged for cash.
  • For a valid return or exchange, ensure the product is unused, retains its original tags, is in its initial packaging, and is accompanied by the purchase proof.
  • Initiate a return or exchange by contacting Forward returns to: 56 Voortrekker Street, Vereeniging. Unapproved returns won't be processed.
  • Upon product inspection at our end, you'll receive a notification regarding its receipt status.

Shipping Considerations

  • While returning or exchanging a product, the shipping cost is on you.
  • We make use of our own courier service to avoid any unnecessary issues.

Product Quality Assurance

  • Ensure a thorough check of your order upon its arrival. If you spot defects, damages, or incorrect items, reach out promptly so we can rectify the issue.


  • Post the receipt and inspection of your returned item, we'll update you on the refund's status.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment mode via our third-party payment system. This might take up to 5 working days.
  • Items exempt from refunds or exchanges, unless bearing a manufacturing defect, include:
